Mission Statement: TIPS JVP's mission is to faciliate a structural volunteer program for the children of TIPS-SW members as well as act as a liaison between local community organizations and our junior volunteers.

What is it?
The objective of the TIPS Junior Volunteer Program (TIPS JVP) is to provide the children of TIPSSW Chapter members with volunteer and leadership opportunities.

Why Should You Join?
Elementary and middle school children have the opportunity to give back to the community at an early age. High school students have a chance to not only volunteer but also showcase and improve their leadership and mentoring skills.

Who Can Join?
Anyone from ages 8-18 whose parent(s) is a TIPSSW member.

Where Would I Be Volunteering?
We volunteer once or twice a month at various non-profit organizations such as: San Antonio Food Bank, Haven for Hope Soup Kitchen, HTSA, Book Buddies, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center, etc.

What are the leadership opportunities? 
TIPS JVP has a student council for high school students to manage the organization behind the scenes. The five positions are: President, Vice President of Communications, Officer of Communications, Vice President of Events, and Officer of Events.
